- All artwork submitted must have all appropriate copyright permissions.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- AnFx Embroidery, LLC is not liable for garments that are damaged in the course of normal embroidery up to approximately 2% of the quantity.
- AnFx Embroidery retains ownership of created stitch files unless the customer has purchased the rights separately.
- All sales of embroidered and/or decorated items are final. There are no returns or exchanges as the products involve manual efforts.
- If changes are made to the design after the sample is approved there will be additional charges.
